2007 State Tournament Winners
Top individual winners of the state MATHCOUNTS competition (in order of finish) are: 1. Gaurav Singh, Grade 8, Wayzata Central Middle School, Plymouth These four won top honors from among 110 participants representing 40 schools at the 24th annual competition held Saturday, March 24, at the Radisson Conference Center in Pymouth. The four students will form the state team that will represent Minnesota and travel to Fort Worth, Texas, May 10-13, to compete in the national MATHCOUNTS competition against teams from throughout the United States. The MATHCOUNTS program pays for the students and coach to travel to National event. Rochester's Kellogg takes top team honors
