Q: What is the cost of membership?

Membership is completely free for first-time members for the first six months.

 

After your free six month trial membership ends, annual dues are $299 with reduced rates for recent graduates. Student membership is always free.

 

Retired Engineers - Half price dues for members who have been members at least 10 years, are at least 60 years of age and are working less than 20 hours/week.

 

 

Q: Who can join MnSPE?

You are invited to join MnSPE if:

  • You are a licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • You are a certified Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Engineer Intern (EI)
  • You are not yet an EIT or PE but are interested in pursuing engineering licensure
  • You are a college student pursuing a degree in engineering

The National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) represents about 35,000 engineers across the country, and is the only organization committed to addressing the professional concerns of licensed PEs across all disciplines.
